About Me
Dr. Fullchange utilizes strengths-based interventions that create emotional safety and facilitate insight and transformation. She draws from a variety of orientations, including client-centered, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, positive psychology, mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and body-based therapies, such as Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Somatic Experiencing.
Training in Solution-Focused Brief Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Positive Family Psychology. California teaching credential since 2008 and a California school psychology credential since 2017.
