About Me
As a therapist and somatic practitioner, my goal is to provide a compassionate space where connection, trust, and inherent wisdom can grow. I will sit with you to understand and hold the space you are seeking to support your healing, relationships, and ability to restore meaning, centeredness, and joy in life. If stress and trauma are overwhelming your nervous system or your ability to live as your true self, therapy can be a space to ground together and take care of what is arising for you. My trauma informed approach integrates my training in Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, Trauma Resilience Model, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Buddhism, Mindfulness, and Yoga.
