About Me
My approach to counseling is informed by a combination of psychodynamic therapy, harm reduction, mindfulness practice, and an overall investment in collaboration, self-determination, and collective liberation. I may employ a variety of approaches tailored to fit individual style and needs. The therapeutic process includes experiencing feelings and aspects of yourself that you find unappealing or painful. And, doing so in a supportive, non-threatening environment can be liberatory, opening up space for resilience, joy, and compassion for self and others.
My approach is warm, collaborative, supportive, empathic, and oriented towards personal and collective liberation.
