I’m a trans woman, SWANA / Iranian-American, autistic somatic therapist based in Northern California, offering SE-informed psychotherapy for queer, trans, and gender-expansive adults. My work is grounded in a relational, body-based approach that centers consent, pacing, and nervous-system regulation, with a strong commitment to decolonial and liberation-oriented practice.
I work best with clients who are thoughtful, reflective, and seeking depth rather than quick fixes—often people navigating identity, embodiment, chronic stress, burnout, trauma histories, or transitions across life, relationship, and gender. My approach is experiential and collaborative, shaped by Somatic Experiencing®, parts-informed work, and attention to how systems of power, culture, and displacement live in the body.
As a clinician, I value clarity, ethical boundaries, and attuned presence. I aim to create therapeutic spaces that are steady, respectful, and responsive, particularly for clients who have felt misunderstood or flattened by more conventional models of care.
