I value supporting people through mind-body-spirit therapeutic social justice approaches. Incorporating one’s cultural as well as community resources is essential to support healing. Acknowledging the whole self to address how stress and trauma impact the body and spirit aids in fostering wellness. Acknowledging the impact of social dynamics and oppression honors the hardships and strengths of an individual and communities to aid with supporting holistic and intergenerational wellness.
My practice is informed by a social justice, anti-oppression, trauma focused and collaborative lens with psychodynamic training.
In my 20+ years of providing therapy, I am honored to help people recognize and enhance their own internal strengths, resiliency and ability to heal while also sharing tools and teaching copings skills.
