I am a Vietnamese-Teochew immigrant and a queer, neurodivergent person. These identities inform how I approach therapy: holistic, relational, antiracist, and trauma-informed. I also incorporate parts work/IFS and somatic practices alongside talk therapy to ensure a well-rounded tending to your being.
I provide LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodivergent-affirming therapy for people of color and 1st, 2nd, 3rd gen immigrants. As part of these communities, you might feel anxious, depressed, misunderstood. You might struggle relating or feeling close to your family and communities. You might want someone who can hold space for and celebrate your queerness. You might be curious about ADHD/autism but struggle to see yourself in the white-dominated discourse. I see you. I am here for you. I am a companion and a guide for you to explore your questions, express your identities, and live out your values.
Sessions with me are made up of heartfelt conversations, open curiosity, deep empathy, expressive writing and drawing, laughter, and tears. I am passionate about creating a container in which you can feel safe to come as you are.
