Whether you are a queer teen exploring parts of your identity, or a young adult trying to navigate new relationships, you’ve taken a brave first step to seek help. I am an LGBTQ 2nd-gen Asian American therapist providing individualized therapy to those seeking to understand how past experiences and relationships impact their current life, and finding actionable steps to create a more meaningful life. I specialize with immigrant LGBTQ teens and young adults with depression. I also have experience working with parents and BPD.
One of the major intersections of identity for queer folks is neurodivergence. I aim to be ND-affirming in my work, supporting folks in creating a way to navigate a world not built for them while still maintaining their true selves. I also speak Chinglish (Cantonese/English) for those who find some experiences better verbalized in this way.
At this time, I only offer virtual services for CA residents on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
