I work with individuals who are carrying a lot, whether it shows up as anxiety, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in patterns that do not make sense.
I do not see people as the problem. A lot of what you are dealing with makes sense when we look at what you have been through, your relationships, your environment, and the systems you have had to navigate.
As a Black queer therapist, I understand what it means to move through the world holding multiple identities, and the impact that has on how we are seen, treated, and supported. I do this work with that awareness at the center, not as an afterthought.
In our work together, we take time to understand what is underneath, build insight, and develop tools that actually fit your life. My goal is for you to feel understood, respected, and able to show up fully as yourself without having to explain or minimize your experiences.
