In the deeply personal nature of relational healing, it is important that we build a transparent and trusting relationship. I’d like to lead in that by sharing more about myself.
As a Queer, Neurodivergent, Puerto Rican, Transracial Adoptee, I am passionate about exploring intersecting identities and how these parts impact our relationships with ourselves and others. I am highly collaborative and seek to co-create a space that feels safe and liberating. My role is to support and steward you on your path to understanding and change.
I am a relational and systemic therapist that believes people don’t heal in a bubble, we heal in relation to one another and the systems in which we are a part of. My therapeutic approach is also trauma-informed, attachment focused, experiential, and collaborative. I recently transitioned to leading my private practice full-time, and spent the last 5 years as Family-Based Therapist and Residential Therapist serving families throughout the Philadelphia area. I am also a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher, teaching classes independently as well as through a local non-profit called Yoga 4 Philly.
