Every person has their own story and I strive to use a collaborative, relational, and holistic model. I prioritize lenses based in disability justice, decolonization, harm reduction, sex positivity, and antiracism.
I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma and who need extra support during times of change and adjustment. I have extensive experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, ranging from people who are currently unhoused to recent immigrants and refugees to the United States. I also enjoy working with children and adolescents in exploring their own identities and mental health. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Level I and II Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and am working towards EMDR certification. I am a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).
