I come to therapy knowing you're the expert in your own life, and I’m ready to learn alongside you. You’ve made it this far, which means you already have incredible skills to make it through tough times. But you may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or lost in the process, and you don’t have to go it alone. I will partner with you as you discover your unique strengths and resources for growth.
None of us exists in a vacuum—we live within complicated environments, systems, and life experiences that impact our well-being. Clients of mine learn to recognize the influence of these larger forces on their mental health, while also gaining concrete skills for self-care and resilience.
Clients describe me as down-to-earth, warm, and collaborative. They’re surprised to find themselves laughing in therapy. I approach each person I meet with curiosity, empathy, and openness. When a client feels unconditionally accepted, understood, and heard, then I’ve done my job.

Couples counseling
Court-mandated therapy
Crisis response/ 24-hour services
Custody evaluations
Intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, or residential mental health services
Psychiatric medication prescriptions
