Can i Edit a Listing ?

From the Admin Dashboard:

Go to ‘Listings’ and choose ‘All Listings’. Search the Listing you’d like to edit, and select ‘Edit’. Make any changes then click
‘Update’ to save.

How do I Identify and Remove Expired Listings?

From the Admin Dashboard:

Choose ‘Listings’ then ‘All Listings
At the top of the listing page, choose ‘Expired

Select listings you wish to delete.

Choose ‘delete’ on a single listing or as a bulk action.

How do I add a listing as an admin?

From Admin Dashboard:

Go to ‘Listings’ and choose ‘Add New”. Choose the listing type as ‘Practicioner’ and fill out the necessary information:
– Expiry Date

(***Note if the listing is a featured listing you’ll need to also choose ‘featured’ and ‘verified’ before saving as a draft. Go back to all listings and select the listing in progress. From Bulk actions choose ‘Edit’ and then choose ‘Apply.)

Go back into the listing (if featured).
Finally, click ‘Publish’.

How do i edit job listings ON Join our Team page ?

From the Admin Dashboard:

In the top right hand corner, Go to Site. Choose ‘Join Our Team’ from the ‘About Us’ menu

Click & ‘Edit with Elementor’ then Choose ‘We’re Hiring/Single Page’. In the Navigator on the right hand side of the screen click the arrow next to ‘Courses’ to expand. Continue to expand the menu until you reach the ‘Column’ in the ‘Inner Section’ (chosen element will be highlighted)

Choose ‘Flip Box’ and you’ll notice a box to edit the job listing appear on the left. Once you’ve made all your changes, choose ‘update’ from the bottom left menu.

How can i add a user ?

From the Admin Dashboard:

Scroll down and click ‘Users”

Choose “All Users”. Next choose “Add New”. Fill out all the user info and save. The user will be notified via the email entered with their log-in info

How Do i add an image to a practioners's listing ?

From the Admin Dashboard: 

Scroll down to ‘Media’

Choose ‘Add New’

Upload image

 

Go to practitioners listing to edit the profile and add image that you uploaded

How Do I Update the Mental Health Fund Page?

Ensure that you are logged in as an Admin. 

Navigate to the Mental Health Fund page:  https://nqttcn.com/mental-health-fund/

Select “Edit with Elementor” in the Wordpress admin bar at the top of the page. 

Select the “Mental Health Fund – Single Page” template

Click on the element you want to update and make changes as needed

Save your changes by clicking on the Update button.
