I am a Black (Afri-Caribbean) Queer & Disabled person. I root my work in the principles of Healing Justice, using your/our Creativity & Cultural Identity as a catalyst for deep insights, transformative change, and healing. I teach and supervise Music Therapy students and professionals, serve as the Community Relations Director for the Black Music Therapy Network, and am the Creative Director for Black Creative Healing, LLC. I am passionate about supporting & resourcing people in their healing journey, through approaches/frameworks like Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Community Music Therapy (CoMT) and more. My work is Black & Indigenous affirming, as well as being inclusive of Queer and Disabled identities. I also love to integrate multimedia technology into Creative play in both physical and virtual spaces. I am passionate about Community Care, including principles of Disability Justice and Abolition in my work.
