Therapeutic Approach

The tenets of social justice, creativity, and trauma-informed care are central to my therapeutic approach. I work from an anti-oppression and multicultural lens and integrate elements of attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, somatic therapy and the creative arts within sessions. I fundamentally believe that each person is the expert of their own life, and that my role is to collaborate with each client in finding their individualized path to healing.
